Lots of articles about skin brushing say that it should be done in the morning, before a shower. People then think that’s the ONLY time they can do skin brushing and, if they can’t manage to fit it into their morning routine, they don’t take it up.
Actually, you can brush any time of day.The main reason to brush before a shower is so that you can wash off the dead skin cells that the brushing will dislodge. However, if you’ve brushed a couple of times, you won’t have a big build-up of debris on your skin so it isn’t vital that you should jump in the shower straightaway.
So don’t feel that you can’t do skin brushing ifyou don’t have time in the mornings. Brush any time that it suits you – just brush!
